Managing Conflict Workshop

Being in an unfamiliar environment where people are without their usual supports and may feel unsettled, can lead to conflict and misunderstanding between people.

This 2 hour interactive workshop provides: 

• information on how to recognise a range of ways people react to conflict, including exploring our own personal responses to conflict
• techniques on how to help people reduce strong emotions and articulate their concerns 
• techniques on how to de-escalate and defuse conflict to then create an environment to enhance resolution
